What is Upster?
Upster Conference is an initiative of Cluj Startups, NGO established in 2012, with the mission to support and facilitate the growth of the startup ecosystem.
Upster is the next step in our efforts to support and help the startup community grow. We provide the means to share knowledge from inside and outside the community and enable startups to get the applicable items that they need in order to grow their product and their business as a whole.
Upster is the means by which startups can connect with the startup community: founders, investors, accelerators, incubators and more.

Build the Product
Do products create the services or the services create the products? Our team of experts will enlighten us in this respect To us the product is at the core of the startup. Everything is build around it. This is why we are dedicating a main topic to this to know the INs and OUTs of what this means. (validation, customer research, competitior analysis, market analysis, the product and its features, the product lifecycle and more).
Sell IT
After you have a product in whatever stage you might be Idea, MVP, market fit you want to get some finance. You will need to SELL IT (get paying customers onboard) and/or GET INVESTMENT (grants, investors, loanst etc.) We will mainly focus on ways to sell the product, get it out there to your clients and finally get investors onboard. (Be careful they will want to see some traction so selling takes precedence most of the time)
